This Privacy Policy explains how Alexander Green ("we", "us", "I") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use alexander.green (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Alexander Green is an independent hotels broker and hospitality real estate advisor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you use the contact form or respond to a listing, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, company, and message.
- Google sign-in. To view off-market opportunities you can sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Technical data. Our servers and our content delivery provider automatically log limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and operation.
- Cookies. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms, and local preferences for language and theme. See section 6.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and manage our communication with you.
- To grant and manage access to off-market opportunities and buyer requests.
- To send you a confirmation when you contact us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Service providers
We share limited information only with providers that help us operate the Site, under their respective terms:
- Google - sign-in (OAuth) and identity.
- Resend - sending confirmation and notification emails.
- Cloudflare - content delivery, security, and DNS.
- Hosting and database - our own server, where submissions and account records are stored.
We may also send internal notifications of new enquiries to our own email and a private Telegram channel. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry and account records for as long as needed to follow up and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie that is essential for sign-in and form security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Language and theme choices are stored locally in your browser.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International transfers
We operate internationally and our providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer data, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 18.
