Alexander Green is the founder of HotelsRating, an independent rating for hotels built to work like a rating agency, not a review site and not an awards program. Its core is the HotelsRating Index, a single transparent score with a published, versioned methodology. Other platforms hide how their numbers are made. HotelsRating publishes its formula, because that is the whole point.

Alexander is also an active hotel transaction broker, and that is not a footnote, it is why HotelsRating exists. Eighteen years advising hotel owners, family offices, and institutional investors across the GCC, Europe, and Asia showed him that every hotel rating on the market is either something a hotel can pay for or something it can game. So he built the one it cannot. HotelsRating is structurally separated from his brokerage: the formula behind every score is published and frozen, and no payment can change a hotel's score, including a payment from him.
